We’ll be starting the annual Jane’s Walk weekend a bit early this year, two weeks from today!
The first Walk will be on Thursday May 4th at 1PM. It’s in a location most people wouldn’t expect: the Pedway – the Tunnel System under the Loop.
The Pedway is a unique pedestrian asset and important intermodal connection for Loop commuters and residents. It makes the city far more livable and walkable, particularly in the winter, and provides access to many key downtown government offices and retail offerings. Come explore! MeLena Hessel of the Environmental Law & Policy Center will be the Walk Leader.
We’ll be offering a Pub Crawl on Friday evening, and about 20 Walks at various times on Saturday and Sunday… so check out the list on Eventbrite, register (so we know how many people are coming) and join us!
Looking forward to seeing you there!
